This website is run by Astrowake LLC (formation pending), a company in Florida, USA. “Formation pending” means our paperwork is filed with the State of Florida and waiting for approval. In these terms, “Astrowake”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

Using this site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and share links to any page. Please don’t:

• try to break the site, overload it, or get around its security;
• copy the site and pass it off as your own;
• use it for anything unlawful.

Our words, art and names

The words, pictures, logos and game names on this site belong to Astrowake, or to people who let us use them. You can link to us and quote a sentence or two. Please ask before reusing our art, logos or game names.

The fonts are free fonts made by other people and used under their own open licences.

Our games have their own rules

These terms cover this website only. When you play one of our games or use one of our apps, that product’s own rules apply where it has them:

• Stick With It has its own terms of use for Stick With It (opens another website).
• Steal a Ghost runs on Roblox, so the Roblox Terms of Use (opens Roblox’s website) apply while you play it.

Links to other sites

This site links to our games and to other companies’ sites, such as Roblox and YouTube. Those companies run their own sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and working. Even so, we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. In plain terms: we can’t promise the site will always be right or always be up.
